Book a Visit
Choosing an early learning centre is a big decision, and we'd love the opportunity to show you around Aroha Kids.
A visit is the best way to experience the atmosphere of our centre, meet our team, and see whether we're the right fit for your whānau. We know you'll probably have lots of questions—and we're here to answer them.
What happens during a visit?
Your visit is a relaxed, personalised tour of our centre.
One of our leadership team will welcome you and show you through our learning environments, introducing you to our teachers and explaining how our programme works. You'll have the opportunity to:
Explore our indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
Learn about our philosophy and approach to early childhood education.
Ask questions about routines, settling, nutrition, sleep, learning and anything else that's important to your family.
Discuss enrolment options, availability and fees.
See the children and teachers engaged in everyday life at Aroha Kids.
You're welcome to bring your child along—we actually encourage it! It gives them the chance to explore the environment while you get a feel for how they respond to the space.
How long does a visit take?
Most visits take around 30–45 minutes, depending on how many questions you have. There's no rush—we want you to leave feeling informed and confident.
Why do we ask you to book a visit?
Rather than offering drop-in tours, we ask families to book a time with us.
This allows us to ensure one of our leaders is available to give you their full attention without taking away from our children or disrupting our excellent teacher-to-child ratios. We can also schedule your visit at a time that best reflects the rhythm of our day, so you'll get a genuine sense of what life at Aroha Kids is like.
Booking ahead means your family receives the warm, personalised welcome you deserve.
What should I bring?
Just yourselves!
If your child is coming along, you may wish to bring a drink, a comfort item or anything they usually like to have when visiting new places, but there's nothing specific you need.
What if I'm just starting my search?
That's absolutely fine.
Many families visit several centres before making a decision, and we encourage you to take your time. Finding the right place for your child is important, and we're happy to answer your questions with no pressure or obligation.
We can't wait to meet you.
Every family is different, and we'd love to learn about yours.
When you're ready, simply complete the booking form below and we'll be in touch to confirm a time that suits you.
